Payments

Refunds

Because our work is personalized and time-based, all sales are final for:

No refunds will be issued once a service has been booked or a product has been purchased.

Rescheduling & Late Cancellations

• You may reschedule a session with 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session.

• No-shows forfeit the session without refund.

If attending an in-person session or event, you agree to:

• Follow all safety guidelines
